What data do we collect?

Through the waitlist form we collect:

• Email address
• Whether you attend sex-positive electronic music events in Barcelona
• Whether you are joining as an individual or as a couple
• What you are mainly looking for on the platform

For what purpose?

Your data is used exclusively to:

1. Manage your founding member access request for Spositives
2. Keep you informed about the platform launch and project updates

We do not use your data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial ends.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

How long do we keep your data?

We retain your data for as long as Spositives is in active development and until:

• You withdraw your consent, or
• You request deletion of your data, or
• The project becomes definitively inactive

Recipients and international transfers

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase Inc. (United States), the database provider used by Spositives. This international transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

We do not share your data with any other third party, except where legally required.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: find out what personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction: limit processing in certain circumstances
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: object to the processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hello@spositives.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law.
